Pandemos’s Weal or Woe Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Pandemos. Use Channel Divinity to invoke pandemos’s weal or woe.
Pistol and Sword Style Dex 13+ Gain a shield bonus while wielding a melee and ranged weapon.
Savage Hunter Miare, Feral Hunter racial feature. Gain a bonus to damage with some opportunity attacks.
Sefar’s Elation Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Sefar. Use Channel Divinity to invoke sefar’s elation.
Smarm and Wit Loreman Give a penalty to damage to targets of weapon attacks.

Unorthodox Weapon Training Int 13+ Use a weapon as if it were from a different weapon group.

Wings of the Hero Gods Channel Divinity class feature, must worship a hailene hero-god. Use Channel Divinity to invoke wings of the hero gods.

Animal Friend
You form a special bond with your pets, above and beyond simple companionship.
Benefit: When ordering a pet of your level or lower to take actions, you can order them to use powers with the Pet keyword.
When making skill checks, you and your pet can make Dungeoneering, Perception, Nature, and Thievery checks using the higher base skill bonus between the two of you.


Claws of the Dragon [Dragonsired]
The only weapons I need are my own two hands!
Prerequisites: Dragonsired, draconic aspect racial power
Benefit: Choose Light Blade or Heavy Blade. When using your draconic aspect racial power, you treat unarmed attacks as if they were that weapon type. You gain a +2 proficiency bonus when making unarmed attacks regardless of if you are using your draconic aspect power or not.


Denaii’s Binding Chain [Divinity]
Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Denaii.
Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use denaii’s binding chain.

Feat Power
You forge your faith into chains of raw divine energy, holding your enemy fast.

Standard Action - Ranged 5
Target:
One creature
Attack:
Wisdom +2 vs. Fortitude
Hit:
The target is restrained until the end of your next turn. At the end of your next turn, the target becomes immobilized until the end of your next turn.
Special: You must take the Denaii’s Binding Chains feat to use this power.

Dey’s Conviction [Divinity]
Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Dey.
Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use dey’s conviction.

Feat Power
You dedicate yourself to a goal an Dey’s name and her blessing makes you more capable.
Encounter • Divine
No Aciton - Personal

Trigger: The first time you roll a natural 19 in an encounter.
Effect: Treat the roll as if you had rolled a natural 20 instead.
Special: You must take the Dey’s Conviction feat to use this power.

Dodregaar’s Epiphany [Divinity]
Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Dodregaar.
Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use dodregaar’s epiphany.

Feat Power
The spirit of the god fills your foe’s mind, making them think twice before resorting to violence.
Encounter • Divine
Standard Action - Ranged 5
Target:
One creature
Attack:
Wisdom vs. Will
Hit:
The target cannot use any power that deals damage until the end of your next turn.
Effect:
The target suffers a -2 penalty to attack rolls (save ends). If the target is hit by an attack that deals damage, this effects ends immediately.
Special: You must take the Dodregaar’s Epiphany feat to use this power.

Dragon-blast [Dragonsired]
The strength of your draconic power is exceptional
Prerequisites: Dragonsired, draconic power racial power
Benefit: The range of your draconic power increases to burst 3 within 5.


Enhanced Spider Blood [Lasconti]
You have a stronger resistance to poison than most other lasconti.
Prerequisites:
Lasconti, spider blood racial feature
Benefit:
You gain a +4 racial bonus to saving throws vs. poison effects.


Guns Akimbo
Two guns are better than one.
Prerequisites: Dex 13+
Benefit: When wielding a ranged weapon in both hands, you gain a +1 bonus to damage rolls with attacks from both weapons.


Hailene Dragoon [Hailene]
You have trained extensively with your people’s traditional weapons.
Prerequisites: Hailene
Benefit: Gain proficiency with all polearms and a +2 bonus to damage with polearms and javelins.


Hessa’s Warding [Divinity]
Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Hessa.
Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use hessa’s warding.

Feat Power
A holy nimbus of dawn light steals the force from a blow directed at your ally.
Encounter • Divine
Immediate Reaction - Ranged 5

Trigger: An ally within range is hit by an attack.
Effect: The triggering ally gains resist 5 all against damage dealt by the attack
Special: You must take Hessa’s Warding feat to use this power.

Infectious Bravado [Loreman]
Your strength of spirit uplifts those of your allies.
Prerequisites: Loreman
Benefit: Whenever a power you use allows an ally to make a basic attack, that ally gains a +1 bonus to that attack.

Instrumentalist’s Echo [Loreman]
The sounds of your instrument reverberate long after you’ve stopped playing.
Prerequisites: Loreman
Benefit: Enemies suffer a -1 penalty to saving throws to end effects from powers you use with the implement keyword if you used an instrument to use that power.

Jungle Defense [Miare]
Your feral senses put you on guard immediately after avoiding an attack.
Prerequisites: Miare, jungle reflexes racial power
Benefit: When you use your jungle reflexes power, you gain a +1 power bonus to AC and Reflex Defense until the end of your next turn.

Kayda’s Transformation [Divinity]
Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Kayda.
Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use kayda’s transformation.

Feat Power
The fell might of Kayda hardens your skin into a slick, black carapace for a short time.
Encounter • Divine
Minor Action - Personal
Effect:
Gain temporary hit points equal to 1d6 plus your wisdom modifier. In addition, gain a +2 bonus to all defenses until the start of your next turn.
Special: You must take the Kayda’s Transformation feat to use this power.

Lasconti Reputation [Lasconti]
You fully use (or abuse) your race’s standing as figures of romance and mystery.
Prerequisites: Lasconti, Cha 13+
Benefit: You gain a +2 racial bonus to Streetwise and Diplomacy checks.

Pandemos’s Weal or Woe [Divinity]
Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Pandemos.
Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use pandemos’s weal or woe.

Channel Divinity: Pandemos’s Weal or Woe
Feat Power
You bring one action to the attention of Pandemos, who pushes the odds in your favor.
Encounter • Divine
Immediate Interrupt - Ranged 10

Trigger: A creature or hazard within range makes a die roll.
Effect: Force the triggering creature or hazard to reroll the die roll, taking either a +2 bonus or a -2 penalty, whichever benefits you more.
Special: You must take the Pandemos’s Weal or Woe feat to use this power.

Pistol and Sword Style
With impressive flare, you switch between close quarters combat to ranged without ever leaving an opening.
Prerequisites: Dex 13+
Benefit: While wielding a one handed melee weapon in one hand and a one handed ranged weapon in the other, you gain a +1 shield bonus to AC and Reflex Defense.


Miare Agility [Miare]
Your grace ensures that you always land on your feet and never take a fall badly.
Prerequisites: Miare
Benefit: You can use the reduce falling damage portion of the Acrobatics skill untrained and gain a +1 feat bonus to such checks and on saving throws to grab on to the edge of a precipice. You always land on your feet.


Savage Hunter [Miare]
You are especially brutal when attacking fleeing foes.
Prerequisites: Miare, Feral Hunter racial feature.
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls when making opportunity attacks against creatures leaving squares adjacent to you.


Sefar’s Elation [Divinity]
Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Sefar.
Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use sefar’s elation.

Feat Power
You magnify your ally’s feelings of triumph into something truly powerful indeed.
Encounter • Divine
Immediate Reaction - Ranged 10
Trigger: An ally within range rolls a natural 20 on an attack roll or saving throw.
Effect: The triggering ally gains a +2 bonus to defenses until the end of their next turn.
Special: You must take the Sefar’s Elation feat to use this power.

Smarm and Wit [Loreman]
The never ending stream of mockery and retorts drives your enemies to distraction.
Prerequisites: Loreman
Benefit: Whenever you hit an enemy with a power that deals [W] damage, that target takes a -1 penalty to damage rolls until the end of your next turn.


Strengthened Web [Lasconti]
Your web is thicker and more difficult to escape.
Prerequisites: Lasconti, webspinner racial power
Benefit: When you hit with your webspinner power, the target is immobilized (save ends) instead of until the start of your next turn.


Sylph’s Verdant Will [Divinity]
Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Sylph.
Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use sylph’s verdant will.

Channel Divinity: Sylph’s Verdant Will
Feat Power
By the power of Sylph’s will, plant life grows even where it should not be able to.
Encounter • Divine, Zone
Minor Action - Area burst 1 within 5
Effect: This power creates a zone filled with rapidly growing, mundane plant life. This zone is difficult terrain and persist until the end of the encounter at which point, the plants stop growing.
Special: You must take the Sylph’s Verdant Will feat to use this power.

Twitch Shooter
You fire too fast to leave an opening while doing so.
Prerequisites: Dex 13+, proficiency with firearms
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to all defenses against opportunity attacks made against you for using a ranged power with a firearm.

This bonus increases to +4 at paragon tier and +6 at epic tier.


Unorthodox Weapon Training [Rogue]
You have learned a very unusual way of using a given weapon.
Prerequisites: Rogue, Int 13+
Benefit: Choose a single weapon (longsword, maul, etc) that you are proficient with That weapon is now considered a light blade or crossbow for the purposes of meeting the requirements of powers and class abilities.
Special: You may take this feat multiple times. Each times, it applies to another weapon. Only ranged weapons can count as crossbows and only melee weapons can count as light blades.


Vocalist [Loreman]
You weave your ways by telling stories, singing songs or chanting rather than playing music.
Prerequisites: Loreman
Benefit: You may use your own voice as an implement for any power that you would normally use an instrument with. You gain a +2 feat bonus to attacks with the implement keyword when you are using your voice as an implement.

This bonus increases to +4 at paragon tier and +6 at heroic.


Winged Glide [Hailene]
You turn falling into flight
Prerequisites: Hailene, winged breakfall racial feature
Benefit: When you fall, may fly up to your move speed as a free action every round you are falling. You cannot use this movement to move upward.
 


Wings of the Hero Gods [Divinity]
Prerequisites: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship any hailene hero god.
Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use wings of the hero gods.

Channel Divinity: Wings of the Hero Gods
Feat Power
You soar on Wings of Light and strike at your foe with the power of your faith.

Encounter • Divine, Radiant
Standard Action - Personal
Effect: When you use this power, fly up to 8 squares. At any point of that movement, make the following attack:

Target: One creature within 5 squares.
Attack: Wisdom +2 vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d6 + Wisdom modifier Radiant damage and the target is dazed until the start of your next turn.
Increase to +4 and 2d6 at 11th level and +6 and 3d6 at 21st level.

Special: You must take the Wings of the Hero Gods feat to use this power.

Dragonsired Flight [Dragonsired]
You begin to master your draconic aspect and may now use your wings to fly.
Prerequisites: Dragonsired, draconic aspect racial power
Benefit: When using you draconic aspect power, you have an overland flight speed of 6.


Explosive Draconic Power [Dragonsired]
The energy from your draconic power explodes on impact.
Prerequisites: Dragonsired, paragon tier, draconic power racial power
Benefit: You push all targets hit by your draconic power racial power 1 square from the center of the burst.


Hailene Flight [Hailene]
You have trained your flying ability to the pinnacle.
Prerequisites: Hailene, Winged Breakfall racial feature.
Benefit: You gain a fly speed of 6 (clumsy). You cannot fly while carrying a heavy load and while flying, you cannot squeeze.


Opportunistic Pounce [Miare]
The instincts of your forbearers allow you to capitalize on fallen foes.
Prerequisites: Miare, Feral Hunter racial feature.
Benefit: Whenever an adjacent enemy is knocked prone, you may make a basic attack against that enemy as an immediate action.

Savage Vengeance [Miare]
Your wild roots show through most when you are injured.
Prerequisites: Miare, jungle reflexes racial power.
Benefit: The first time you become bloodied in combat, your jungle reflexes racial power recharges.


Sky Bound Warrior [Hailene]
Air superiority is true superiority
Prerequisites: Hailene, aerial attack racial power
Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and defenses when flying.


Web Snare [Lasconti]
Your webs are more restrictive as well as more accurate.
Prerequisites:
Lasconti, webspinner racial power.
Benefit:
You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls with your webspinner power. Creatures hit by this power are restrained instead of immobilized.


Wall Crawler [Lasconti]
You climb as easily as you walk or run.
Prerequisites: Lasconti, climb speed
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to your climb speed. You can run while climbing.

Benefit: You gain training in the Religion skill. If you are already trained in Religion, you gain training in one skill from the cleric class skill list.

Once per day, you can make use of the Channel Divinity class feature to use either the divine fortune or turn undead powers.

In addition, you can use a holy symbol or musical instrument as an implement when using a cleric power or cleric paragon path power.


Sophisticated Warrior [Loreman, Multiclass Fighter]
Prerequisites: Loreman, Str 13
Benefit: You gain training in one skill from the fighter class skill list.

Once per day, as a free action, you can make use of the Combat Challenge fighter class feature for the remainder of the encounter.

Student of the World [Multiclass Loreman]
Prerequisites: Cha 13
Benefit: You gain training in one skill from the loreman class skill list.

You gain the use of the loreman invigorating rhapsody power once per encounter.

In addition, you can use a musical instrument as an implement when using a loreman power or loreman paragon path power.


Divinely Driven [Loreman, Multiclass Paladin]
Prerequisites: Loreman, Cha 13, Str 13
Benefit: You gain training in the Religion skill. If you are already trained in Religion, you gain training in one skill from the paladin class skill list.

Once per day, you can make use of the Channel Divinity class feature to use either the divine mettle or divine strength powers.

In addition, you can use a holy symbol, holy avengers or musical instrument as an implement when using a paladin power or paladin paragon path power.


Woodland Philosopher [Loreman, Multiclass Ranger]
Prerequisites: Loreman, Str 13 or Dex 13
Benefit: You gain training in one skill from the ranger class skill list.

Choose a ranger Fighting Style; you do not gain the benefit of the style, but you are considered to have it for the purpose of meeting the prerequisites for feats and paragon paths. Once per encounter, you may use the ranger’s Hunter’s Quarry class feature.

Worldly Rake [Loreman, Multiclass Rogue]
Prerequisites: Loreman, Dex 13
Benefit: You gain training in one skill from the rogue class skill list.

Twice per encounter, you may use the rogue’s Sneak Attack class feature.


Otherworldly Muse [Loreman, Multiclass Warlock]
Prerequisites: Loreman, Cha 13
Benefit: You gain training in one skill from the warlock class skill list.

Choose a warlock pact. You may use that pact’s at-will power twice per encounter and are considered to have that pact for the purpose of feats and paragon paths.

In addition, you can use a rod, wand, pact blade or musical instrument as an implement when using a warlock power or warlock paragon path power.


Art of War [Loreman, Multiclass Warlord]
Prerequisites: Loreman, Str 13
Benefit: You gain training in one skill from the warlord class skill list.

Choose a warlord Commanding Presence. Once per day, as a free action, you may gain the benefit of that class feature until the end of the encounter.


Spellbinding Wordsmith [Loreman, Multiclass Wizard]
Prerequisites: Loreman, Int 13
Benefit: You gain training in one skill from the wizard class skill list.

Choose a first level wizard power. You may use that power once per encounter. You can also use any one wizard Cantrip once per encounter.

In addition, you can use a orb, staff, wand or musical instrument as an implement when using a wizard power or wizard paragon path power.
